About the Book
In this book, international best-selling author and leading global expert on mental strength Amy Morin walks through what it takes to be a mentally strong woman. The book provides women with the techniques to build mental muscle, and just as importantly, what NOT to do.
Delving into critical issues like sexism, social media, social comparison, and social pressure, Amy offers thoughtful, intelligent advice, practical tips, and specific strategies and combines them with real-life stories. Readers will explore the areas women - and society at large - must focus on to become and remain mentally strong.
Let’s Learn &
Grow Together!
This year has been filled with trials and questions, but the good news is that we are stronger than we think! Let’s come together as a community to explore mental endurance, what it is, what it is NOT, and the tangible steps we can take to become more mentally and emotionally strong.
Cultivate Staff Therapist Mazi Robinson will lead you in this 4-week study, helping you to process and apply what you learn. Each week, you’ll receive a video covering designated chapters of the book, as well as a study guide with reflection questions and key takeaways.
We invite you to be part of this opportunity for learning and growth. You’ll be encouraged, inspired, and equipped with positive action steps you can take to cultivate mental fortitude and walk with more joy, courage, and freedom.
