Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the amount of transition, loss, and change that you are facing in midlife? Are you interested in pursuing personal growth and development in the company of other supportive and like-minded women who are also navigating the changes of mid-life? Do you feel like parts of your life are unraveling and you’d like to reclaim and rediscover other parts of yourself but don’t know how?

It Takes A Village: A 6 Week Support Group for New Moms

The 4th trimester can come with feelings of excitement, joy, and love as well as feelings of uncertainty, overwhelmed, doubt, and guilt to name a few. This in-person support group will be a place where you can find community and support from other moms who are navigating this same season of life.
Join facilitator Emily Giattina Schneider as we discuss the different stressors you may experience as you navigate this new season of motherhood. This group is for mothers of newborns- one year olds and will focus on learning and growing in this season of motherhood as well as supporting one another. Group members are encouraged to bring questions and concerns as well as to share their wins and their I don’t know what I’m doing moments. Topics to be discussed will include:

Back to the Office: A 6 Week Support Group for Moms Returning to Work

During your maternity leave the thought of returning to work can be overwhelming and before you know it, it is time. You may now find your mind spinning with a never ending to do list and feelings of guilt because you feel like you aren’t fully present anywhere. If this sounds like you, come join our virtual support group for moms that are returning to work. You do not have to navigate this season alone!
Join facilitator Emily Giattina Schneider for this lunchtime virtual support group as we discuss the different stressors you may experience as you navigate what is being called the 5th trimester. This group is for mothers who have recently returned to work outside the home and have children under the age of four. Group members will have the opportunity to process the stressors of juggling work and family life while also learning to enhance their emotional wellbeing so they feel equipped in their role as a working mom. Topics to be discussed will include:
