Cultivate Presents…

A Night with Monica DiCristina

Join us for an early look at Your Pain Has a Name

In this special Cultivate event, you will have a first look at the book and message of Your Pain Has a Name: A Therapist’s Invitation to Understanding Your Story and Sorting Out Who You Are From What Hurts.

This warm and inviting evening will include conversation, giveaways, delicious treats, and most importantly encouragement for anyone weary with the daily irritations of life or carrying larger pains.

Monica DiCristina struggled for years with her mental and emotional health, believing something was wrong with her. It wasn’t until she went to therapy and began to understand her own story that she could finally put names to her pain. It was also when she discovered her calling as a therapist.

In her practice, Monica met people who, like she had experienced, were hurting and didn’t understand why they felt so lost. She recognized a familiar adversary—unnamed pain—and began helping her clients identify their pain, guiding them to the freedom and relief that comes from that valuable insight.

Your Pain Has a Name offers a safe, welcoming space for your pain to be heard. This self-guided introduction to therapy provides practical information and strategies to help you separate who you are from the stories your pain has told about you. You’ll learn how to honor, define, and release the stories that aren’t yours to carry—allowing you to embrace your whole self.
